Episode 2: The Stress of Strength

"Strength" it's one of those words that when you hear it we can't help but arch our back and sit up straight.  It's perfectly alright to be strong, but sometimes we can be too strong.  Being too strong can cause an emotional implosion. In this episode we learn that it's really okay not to be okay. I offer a technique that has helped me the stress of strength becomes too much to carry! Enjoy!
